To use the system and to report incidents and near incidents clinics are requested to create your user account. Once a screening process has been completed to ensure security is not compromised application will be forwarded to a dedicated administrator where registration will be completed and you will be able to download and use the system locally.  All data subsequently shared within the system will be anonymous.
